ieba on "Import self-hosted WP 2.7 XML into existing WP.com blog?"

I started http://IEBA.wordpress.com.
Then a company I work for asked me to write for them:
http://TechThoughts.org
Did that for two years, now I'm back on WP.com.
I want to pull 2 years of content from their servers (currently WordPress 2.7) and merge it with what I have on IEBA.WP.com, where there's currently a 2 year gap of content.

1) can it be done at all?

B) will it interleave properly (posts & images into proper places, not worried about comments) with a simple import or does everything have to be migrated manually?

III) how do I do it?
