I need to upload a theme. A friend of mine gave me this advice:
WordPress has updated their interface. Try going to your Dashboard > Appearance
> Themes > At the top you'll see a big tab that says "Install themes" from there you
will see a blue link that says "Upload"
I see no tab that says "Install Themes" Help plz
