devicerandom on "Changing the target of the "About" page link"

Hi, I am customizing a blog within my website, and I would really like the "about" link to target NOT the /about/ subpage (the one you can edit from within WordPress dashboard), but to target another, non-Wordpress page (namely, the website homepage). Where should I look for to change that?
