This is a two part question. First, how often should I post as it relates to building traffic? Once a week? Once a day? Every 15 minutes? Second, in another question that I asked( see it here: http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/best-seo-wpcom-vs-wporg?replies=4) the respondent said that from a strict SEO or traffice standpoint that http://smokymountainlight.wordpress.com/ would be best. That's fine with me. Just as a curiosity would switching to a custom domain, www.smokymountainlight.com, which I do own, be worse or does it really matter?
