I think a useful feature you guys could add to wp.com is the ability to link to other posts within your blog. When I'm posting, I often link to other posts, and every time I have to go to my blog, search for it, find the link, etc. I think it'd be helpful if you added a little button in the dashboard of the New Post page, which would allow me to select a post and hyperlink text linking to that post. Just saying, other people would probably find it useful too.
