adambattenfield on "Post by author links"

Hi im curious if there is a function to link to the post by author page.
my page is : http://2greenenergy.com/blog/
as you an see I have gravatars for each post. I would like to get the
gravatars linking to the appropriate posts page. I've searched through
my theme to find this out.
I am using DKRET3 theme. Thanks
