I'm confused.... I was new to WordPress when WordPress 3.0 came out, I had no idea what it was. Now I know what it is, and I want it! I download it, it's just a bunch of files I don't know what to do with! I look up on how to upgrade, they're telling me to go to pages that don't even exist! I can't find the "Upgrades" page by going into "Tools>Upgrades", because there ISN'T any page named "Upgrades" in Tools! Could some one give me the link to upgrade please?
I'd appreciate it a lot!
