Spoke with a customer today who is using the 3.0.1 Word press software, we did everything from checking out php config to disabling plug ins and themes. Nothing fixed the white screen of death, this seems to be a known bug plug in and I am now posting it on the forums here and asking that it be fixed with next version if possible I have downgraded the customer to 2.9 to get them up and running asap.
