To introduce myself, my name is Cedric Cross. In an attempt to make a career out of writing, I self published my first novel earlier this year titled "The Black Eagle" Of course in four month's I didn't expect it to just develop into a full blown career and everything be handed to me. It takes time and effort, and at 18, there's alot of support issues because of those who don't believe a "kid" can write. So are the odds with or against me? So in this complicated line of thinking, I think more and then the question's begin to stir, what can I do to help market my book further?
Then it hit, blogging. Jumping into the social networking life isn't easy and takes confidence. But to become known takes it a step further, even more confidence and a whole lot of dedication. So in my effort to meet people and share experiences, (however young I may be) and help market my novel, I hope to at least inspire someone else to help achieve their dreams and maybe accomplish what they felt was impossible.
