holidayfilms on "div (text widget"

hello.
My problem: I added a txt widget so I can add a second smaller background on top of my larger to my blog. I put
<div style="position:fixed;top:0;left:243px;background:black url('URL of image') repeat scroll;width:66%;height:100%;z-index:-1000;float:left;"></div>
in the text widget and when I preview it My smaller background doesn't re size properly when I resize the internet window , it seems like the left side doesn't move but the right side moves to re size to the internet windows size . Please help asap. Thank you
