justlikeclockwork on "Footer CSS Help"

Hey all, I'm currently using the Bueno theme on my blog that's hosted here at wordpress. If you noticed, there's a lot of empty space and a footer (the black and blue section) below the actual blog. I've been doing some research and have been trying to play with it, but I don't seem to be able to figure out how to remove all of it.
Also, after that's done, is there a way to keep the blog box a fixed size so that the text and images inside just scroll? My apologies if it's a lot simpler than I'm making it, but I just can't seem to get it to work properly.
