hug1986 on "Creating my first plugin"

Hello,

I'm creating my first WP plugin and need some basic tips and help to get me started, could someone please give me some information on the following questions it will be a great help to me.

1. How do I create a custom script that will be included on a custom page I add
2. I created a plugin just had some form elements on it, I activated it and all it's done is go at the top of the WP site, why is this?

If some of you WP experts could help me that would be great!
