sheawarnes on "No Plugins option on dashboard menu?"

Hello,

I am not sure if this is related to the theme you choose, but before I used to have a plugin feature underneath appearance. I have used plugins on old wordpress accounts, I just know know how to obtain the plugins feature?

Please help!!!
