digitalcanuck on "allowing visitors to download .psd files"

Hi all,
I am wanting to upload photoshop .psd files to my blog and allow others to download the file. I have seen this done on other wp blogs. When I try to upload .psd files, it is not an option.

I am using wordpress.com is this the issue?
