besides the slide show services that are advertised in the support section, are there any other slide show services one can embed into wordpress.com blogs? I looked at the http://en.support.wordpress.com/slideshows/ and did not find anything. the rockyou server seems to be unstable in terms of security because I got a notification from them advising that the site has been hacked into. and when I logged into it, my slide shows were gone. slide.com would work if it were not for the silly little pop up that comes with the sideshows. I know Google recently acquired it so that may change soon. the wordpress slide show option would work if I can control the transition speed but there does not seem to be an option for that. vodpod may not work because I only do still photography.
