spatialanalytics on "Not all privacy settings visible"

When I look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ is shows me three privacy settings. When I go to the blog that I'm managing and look in the privacy options I see only two options. Have I set something incorrectly that is limiting me from being able to make my blog private? Thanks for your help.
