koroshiya on "Videopress: get thumbnail as JPG"

I've been using Videopress, which is great so far, but is there a way to get a JPG thumbnail of a video?

I would simply like to display all my videos in a grid in the category archive, like: http://www.youtube.com/videos (you'll notice they use images, and not actual flash files).
