I installed and activated about 8 facebook plugins. when I returned home, my content appeared in my dashboard but not on my page. I created new pages, they appear in the menu, but none of the content populates

I deleted the plugins. Reinstalled everything except the contents folder, but my content is still missing.

PLEASE HELP
