I am an artist, just starting to put my artwork up on my first wordpress.com blog. I'd like to have thin colored borders around each piece of artwork. Does the unhosted version of wordpress provide a way to add borders while building my blog site? (this is one of the features offered on blogspot, so I'm hoping that wordpress has it, too!)
