kapitola on "widget problem"

hi

I wanted to add some widgets- i am using ocean mist- but when i try to drag them to sidebar as I am told to do, they won't move-what am i doing wrong? Also is there a way for me to get an email or something when someone answers a question of mine on the forum? Or do i just have to keep checking back?
