mrsmangu on "Cannot figure out how to write in Spanish"

I would like my blog interface to be in English, but when I post something, I want to write in both English and Spanish. If I have a Spanish word in my post I want the accent marks to show, the letter n (with the ~ on top), I want to be able to write questions and exclamations with the upside down question mark and exclamation marks, etc. In other words, I want to be able to write Spanish words as they are truly written. I've tried changing the language on the blog and on the interface and nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? I am new to this. Thanks so much for any advice you can give
