Toward the top of my page, right around the same line as the bottom of my photo on the right, it always gets stuck when I try to scroll and the browser then freezes up. Once I can get down past that - it takes a while to unfreeze, if it's going to - I can scroll down just fine. But if I try to scroll back up, it freezes again in the same place. The text jumbles and repeats. I've had notices of this happening from several of my readers, so I know it isn't just a browser issue with my computer. Any help would be most appreciated. This problem started happening about a month ago and I don't know how to fix it.
