dvdstream on "Problem when posting new article for the visitors!!"

Hi,
I have probleme with my wordpress website, the users can not add a new article juste the admins and I have made a good configuration in general I choosed Contributor, when some one try to add a new article there is juste a white page nothing happens.
So please help me
