indiahomeschool on "Fusion theme Bullets in Widget"

I am putting up widgets in footer area in Fusion theme. However if the items are long (say in case of post titles in Recent post widget) then the bullet is not at the starting line of the item but at the second line. Is that a bug or a feature ?
