summerwallpapers on "Sticky posts in index and max. posts per page?"

Hello, I want to stick posts to index, my settings set to max. 10 posts per page, but when 10 sticky posts is, wp adding more posts to page up to 20?

So how do I set up my page to make max. 10 posts with sticky posts.
