Hi I am starting a new blog and would like to copy the header.php from my old one. In my old blog I have an Editor link under Appearance where I can select the source.. In my new blog I have anHeader, Edit Css link.. but doesn't show the same thing. Header just goes to a page where I can insert an image. And Css goes to a css edit page..
How do I get the Editor Link to show up under Appearance for my new blog? Thanks.
