grownupshoes on "Under the Influence Theme Issues"

Hello, my blog grown-up shoes is having problems with the Under the Influence theme:

1. the title is not disappearing when I ask it to. I've just had to try and blend it into the background
2. the "about" page isn't working.

Please help!!
