I have started a new Blog, and cannot change the tagline that says "Just another wordpress blog". Searching for this, I have found responses, but none help! They say, go to "Settings", there is no menu by that name, I only have a MyAccount menu, I've have managed to find some sort of setting that allows you to change the blog title, but no option exists in there to change the Tagline.
Is this account based? Is this theme based? Please know I've dug deep, all the other support topics have not helped!
