commsmith on "Font size/color in sidebars - changeable? Fjords04 Theme"

Hi -
I am using the Fjords04 Theme by Peterandrej . Is there any way that I can change the font (size/color) used by the Sidebars? Do I have to edit the CSS? If so, any coding tips to change the font? I have 800 subscribers beating down my door that they love the format but can't read three of the columns because they're too light in color. I haven't used CSS yet and am hoping for a quick fix and then I can sit down and learn CSS...
