seangorman on "Can't embed from newsweek..HELP"

Can someone help me, please. I am trying to embed the following link into my blog. I open the HTML editor tab, paste it where I want, then go back into the visual tab and see the "f" reference and box for flash player and where the video should show up, but every time I hit preview or save as draft, it disappears, can't figure out why.

Any ideas?
