Hi,
I'm trying to delete my account but a message pops up saying "You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site." even though I've already cancelled all my upgrades. The only thing left is a theme I bought that never expires.
I don't have another account to transfer it to so I don't care if I lose it.
Hoping for some help,
