bmgukltd on "Contact Form Not Sending Email"

I have added a contact form to my site but it doesnt appear to be sending though it does say message was sent.
I have checked the settings and tried with different email addresses but still no luck.
I have searched the forum for answers but most all relate to sites not hosted on WordPress.com.
