Support is currently closed as staff meet offsite brainstorming ways to make things better. We will be dropping into the forums regularly during the hiatus, and we’ll formally reopen on August 16th.
I will confess; the concept of leaving one of the Largest and used programs on the Net in a free state of being to have no regard for the issues it is supposed to deal with, needs some serious explaining on the part of "support".
Would the "we" that will be dropping into the forums like to give us a hint why no person is available in support for many days?
