I currently have my domain registered with another host server but would like to transfer it to word press. Originally I wanted to map it to word press and paid the mapping fee but never followed through. There is only a couple weeks left on the other server. Please advise what steps in word press that I need to take.

I imported my LiveJournal posts, but comments on the posts only imported from 2003-2006... I'm missing comments from May 2006 to the present. I left my computer running overnight to complete the process, but it seems it just stopped. Is there a way to continue importing comments, or do I need to start the whole import over (including posts)?

I am no longer able to add links to text, upload images, or edit any publishing details. It used to work fine but no whenever I press on the relevant button now nothing happens. Same problem whether I use Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
What's going on? Can anyone help me with this?

Hi, I am trying to upload photos to my blog from the same camera and using the same computer which I have done for the past year. The following three days however it has started to say that the pictures are too large for this site, and some simply will not upload- saying "error" and "please try again later". My travel blog uses WuWei. I like the minimalist features of it. This travel blog will become active in about a week when I start traveling again in Italy. I welcome ideas on how to "archive" all of the 2012 posts. Is there a way to have a menu tab that reads 2012 (would this be a new page?), that when you click on it all of 2012 will appear? Are sub categories possible with this theme? How do you do it? Widget (are these only on the bottom or can the layout be different)? Thank you for your help.

I have tried using wget -mk but it stops at index.html file.

Hi! I was trying to embed a flickr video (http://www.flickr.com/photos/61774094@N03/9594541248/) following the instructions here (http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/flickr-video/) into my blog. It tryied it in every possible way (visual- and text-mode, using only the viseo-shortcut or the complete URL), but all I get is a black square. Nothing else. What am I doing wrong? And yes, the video can be seen by everyone. Thanks for your help in advance!

I tried to register bijoukaleidoscope.wordpress.com and it allowed me to do so (the URL was available). I hit "Create the Blog" by accident and it went to the next page. But the blog that registered for me was somehow "bijoukaleidoscopedotcom.wordpress.com" which is incorrect. Can this error be reverted? It now says that bijoukaleidoscope.wordpress.com is no longer available and authors have deleted the site... but I have no way of getting into that site...

I have a question,In the theme "Digg 3 Column" how do i remove the pages from the top of header?like i can remove all the pages or i can keep an some pages there but they are only removed from there in appearance they are still in the pages list.Oh and i found out that the websites that are paid for,have big header can i make the header be big without paying and how do i remove the pages?
