theo48 on "Do not cut the lower part of the summarized stats!"

Since the currently "brainstorming" support team promised to check the forum every once in a while, here's an idea to think about:

"On wordpress I run the theopedia blog ( http://theo48.wordpress.com ) for 3 years now (a total of almost 200.000 views). The post now features 275 pages and is expanding. I just noticed that in the summarized statistics lists you now CUT everything beyond the 200 pages mark, which means one third of my pages is not displayed any more in the list.

By my standards a page has to get around 350 hits to be featured in the all time statistics now to be listed at No. 200 - that means a "slow page" could take weeks (or months) before is appears in the summarized stats (replacing some other page).

I use to especially watch the popularity of new pages - and I keep records of how summarized pages have been evolving over the first/second/third year of my blog IN ONE LIST. (OK, I know I can watch the statistics of individual pages, but to compare them in a general hit list is important too!)

I think it is really sad that you decided to not display the summarized statistics as before - your machines have to count them anyway, so why not show them to the user/administrator?

Please return to the stats as they were before, at least in the ALL TIME SUMMARIZED STATS! (The weekly, monthly etc. summarized stats are OK in the 200-pages-in-one-list format, if you insist ...)

Thanks for considering, support!"

And what do YOU, the other users, think about it? Theo
