testipadvocate on "CANT FIND MANAGE >> IMPORT TAB"

In my admin page , the import LIvejournal page opens for me but it is for importing the LJ comments via the API where we need to put username & password.

The issue is that my LJ is 10 years old & it is almost impossible (because of the huge databse)to import in that fashion. So, I tried using the XML format by visting the http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content#LiveJournal page where it said to import the LJ XML file in this " Go to Manage → Import → LiveJournal. " fashion.

But my admin does not have a "Manage" tab????

ANYBODY PLEASE HELP!!
