duanvcd on "Can I take the name already used?"

Hi all,
I want to create a blog name "dnet.wordpress.com", but it was already used. However, this site seems never touched (I didn't see any post)! Or I must contact with it's owner for inheriting?
P/s: Sorry beacause my English not very well.
