naomiandersson on "No HTML short code for poll"

I have spent around 4 hours reading all related posts.
I can create and edit a poll
I cannot make it appear on my site either in sidebar or in a post
Widget/shortcode suggestion - issue is can't see HTML shortcode in Poll/Edit nothing there
Send to editor button not working (even if I paste link to new page)
In draft post > edit, the poll button does nothing, if I paste link to new window it just gives me edit poll again no HTML
Have fiddled with settings in Firefox to see if blocking, don't think so,

Any ideas?
