Being new to WP, I'm trying to enable the setting that will allow visitors to register and create their own account. For the life of me, I cannot find this setting. I've looked around the Forums, Support page and Google. Nothing...
On Google I saw a post where someone was stating that I could set this setting in WP admin > Options > General. The problem is that the UI seems to be changed. I cannot find Options in WP admin.
Any ideas? Thanks!
