I bought a CSS Upgrade like 3 weeks ago and haven't used it at all because it is not what I thought it was. When I bought it I thought I would be able to upload a custom theme to my blog. But now that I know what the upgrade is for, please excuse me for the inconvenience I might have caused and offer me a refund for it.
I am not into programming at all and having this upgrade is useless for me.
