mclendonj21 on "HOW DO I ..... get my blog order to change"

I want my blogs to show up in natural order. The first one being on top and the second falling below that (not above like it automatically does) and so forth. In the support tab is says to hover over the blog title.... I can't find any options popping up to change the order. What am I doing wrong? Or is there a trick I just don't know about.
I'm new to this site and any help would be appreciated! i am still learning how to take full advantage of this site!
