Whenever I selected a theme to use. I was able to change the background image of my blog by going to "Appearances" and selecting the "Background" tab. No matter which theme I use I noticed that the tab is missing. Have they removed that feature? Are they offering it only for upgraded members or am I missing something? Please help.. thanks..
