redshift2 on "Deleting or Transferring Blog on WordPress.com"

This is my problem. I have a blog on WordPress.com (ronrogersgallery.wordpress.com). I started an other blog by adding a blog to the first one. The new one is called the rogerschronicles.wordpress.com. This scenario did not work for me - that being adding a blog to a parent, So I started a new blog with a new username. This would have been except that I used the wrong username - and so I have a mess without going into all of the details, it would appear that I cannot delete the old blog, at least I don't think I can. So what I want to do is as follows:
remove therogerschronicles from username redshift2 and delete the new blog I just created on the new username redshit3. Then create a new account and do it right. If any of this makes sense please help.
