I am looking to start a blog that functions similarly to

I like the design and layout and the ability to have anonymous users post but the ability to review the posts before they show up.
Can someone tell me what themes, widgets, etc this site is using?
Basically I want to have something like texts from last night or FML that people can anonymously post funny stuff on.
Also, how did they integrate the web store like they did?
