I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to get Google Friend Connect for WordPress.com users. We need to upload files to the root directory it, but of course, we are not allowed to do that? I am thinking about just buying a hosting option and moving to a wordpress.org install. Any word if us loyal wordpress.com users will ever get to use this.
