Hi there! I'd like to upgrade to the premium package (mostly to get rid of the ads on my site), and I just recently renewed my personal domain name ($26). Is there a way to apply that amount to the $79 upgrade since it is one of the features included?

How do you know if you blog has been hacked? I can't access my blog, every time I try to log on it says my server is down. I can log on to wordpress.com, but can not access anything related to my blog specifically i.e. drafts, comments, etc
I utilize the unofficial Twitter and Facebook share buttons at the bottom of each blog post. The support page indicates that the specific number of shares is only noted when using the official share buttons. What, then, is the number that is associated with my unofficial share buttons?
How do I delete "plugins" followed by "posted on May 1, 2013" and "posted in uncategorized/leave a comment," which appear at the top of the body on the my wordpress homepage, just below the tabs for the pages?
On my site dolphingirlscamp.com, I'd like to have the home page body text start with the text "Make a Big Splash!" and eliminate "plugins...."

Any updates on the SPAM followers issue?
Today was not too bad: I was only followed by one Religious Zealot, one person trying to teach me how to increase my follower-ship, one person from over in Asia somewhere (not sure as I couldn't read the blog but pretty good guess that they're not interested in my personal life) and one Legitimate follower (at least I think they are legitimate?!?).
Oh and last night there was the follower called something like AmazonStore but didn't count that one in today's tally! I reported them.
Yes, this is in jest and yes, I'm a little frustrated. Any updates??

There's an unidentified blog on "My Blogs" section of the wordpress.com dashboard. I'm listed as an administrator and it links back directly to my blog's domain at http://buzfairy.com/
I'm having issues with JetPack, which is why I came to wordpress.com to check on my blog. I was surprised to see this new "mygreenshoe.wordpress.com" blog which isn't mine at all, I've never even heard of it before.
I tried google, and one of the searches gave me a wordpress.com name change on 8/24/2012. Here's the search result: http://www.dailychanges.com/wordpress.com/2012-08-24/ . Apparently, That's when this mysterious blog was added to my wordpress.com dashboard. It appears to be a very legitimate blog, it just isn't mine, and I'm surprised to see it on "My Blogs".
I need to delete this mysterious blog off my dashboard in order to sort out my troubleshooting issues.

I've found discussion forums that address problems similar to mine, but with no final resolution... I remember typing in and saving (somewhere, and over a year or so ago) a URL to use as a new WordPress blog address, however I was not able to actually 'change (my) blog address' as I was trying to do at the time.
My current blog is malaysiabiodiversity.wordpress.com but I want to change the address to madeonearth.wordpress.com - when I go through the process this address comes up as 'reserved,' however, I think I am the one who reserved it (and I see others have thought similarly). Is there any way to find out if it is in fact mine, or if I can free up that address? Whatever I was messing around with was done a year ago, and I cannot remember how I did what I did.

There are a lot of warnings posted about deleting a blog and the domain never being available again. Can someone help me? I've been looking for solutions via google searches, here in forums, trying to contact support, etc, and it is still not clear.

I tried using the same header image for other themes and it was working. It seems to just not work with Fanwood Light. The preview also does not seem to show anything either unless I turn on "Show header text with image". Then I see a the text over top of my image in the Preview. But when I save and visit the site, the image disappears again and only the text shows. Help?
