I believe the Century Gothic font is standard on Mac, but on Windows it is not, except maybe with Office. So will make a good example, but this question applies to any non-native font.
I don't believe it's possible with standard html, but is it possible, perhaps with some kind of wordpress plugin or php code, to check if the font is installed, and if not download it off a server, and load into memory before loading the text on the page? So no matter what, every user will see the same font?
Even if not possible on wp.com blogs, perhaps on own hosted?
